What quality should my images have?
A quality of 300 dpi is recommended. Images taken with recent cell phone models work without issue.
*It is recommended not to crop photos, as quality decreases and an alert may appear.
What is the gray border I see on my image?
The gray border indicates the folds of the fabric to cover the canvas frame.
*It is recommended that the image does not have important elements on this edge (5cm) as it will be lost from view
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
